We have been to several restaurants and I can't help but compare the quality of food and services I get from one place to another. This restaurant was sort of good, but not really exceptional. The food they serve was so so. To top it off, the service was not prompt.

My family and I went to Imperial Fez for dinner thinking it was going to be a fun night for all of us but on the contrary it turned out to be awful; a huge disappointment!!!
1st of all, my husband and I both ordered the menu.
My lamb couscous came out with two tiny pieces of lamb! If I would have wanted a veggie couscous, I would have ordered a veggie couscous!
2nd of all, they had a special going on that night with half price pitchers of mojito mentioned on the menu on the table as well as at the front door. Well come to find out they were not doing the special anymore since last week!!!! So why are you still promoting it?????????
On top of that, they had another deal going stating that if you order 2 menus, you get a free hookah at the end of your meal! Well of course, that special was no longer offered even though advertised in front of our eyes!!!!!
What a rip off this place is! I will never step foot into Imperial Fez ever again!!!!

I went to Imperial Fez last Saturday with a friend to try this restaurant for the first time. Although the belly dancers were good, there is not much else that was good. The courses were so bland and everything was served at room temperature. The worst part of the experience was the waitress - perhaps she should work in a morgue if she truly dislikes being around people.
We would have at least liked eating this mediocre food at the same time but my friend's main course came first and mine came ten minutes later. At the next table, the family was upset because everyone at their table had finished eating, but the waitress kept forgetting the wife's meal. Here is a hint Imperial Fez: People sitting at the same table generally LIKE eating their meals at the same time.
Overall, never again. Please do not waste your money or your time (2.5 hours). The only reason I tried it is I had a certificate - skip the Groupon offers on this place. I would have rather went to Taco Bell. Seriously.
